The author proves that a Randers space \((M,F)\), \(F=\alpha+\beta\), admits a measure \(m\) with everywhere vanishing \(S\)-curvature if and only if \(\beta\) is a Killling form of constant length. Moreover, in this case, \(m\) coincides with the Busemann-Hausdorff measure up to a constant multiplication.
