In this article the authors consider second-gradient Navier-Stokes equations in exterior domains. They show the existence, uniqueness and regularity in space by making use of the theory of maximal monotone operators. Such kind of results can be helpful in the theory of slender bodies. For the entire collection see [Zbl 1467.76003].
