The authors propose a fully discrete, second-order linear approximation scheme for the Cahn-Hilliard-Hele-Shaw system with double-well potential (describing the motions of two viscous incompressible fluids between two parallel plates). The proposed scheme follows the supplementation of the four equations of the system with a new one as an effect of introducing a Lagrange multiplier for the derivative of the double well potential function. The approximation scheme is proved to be uniquely solvable and unconditionally stable. An error analysis is then provided. Some numerical evidences showing the effectiveness of the scheme are given at the end.
