Almost periodic type functions and densities (Q2119788): Difference between revisions

The article is written in order to provide the reader with several historical details of the construction and properties of almost periodic functions, as well as allowing to follow several difficulties and distinctions between different definitions associated with these classes of functions. In this context, new possibilities and generalizations are analyzed, with special emphasis on the so-called \( \odot_g \)-almost periodicity and Stepanov \( \odot_g \)-almost periodicity for functions with values in complex Banach spaces, and consequent properties. Several examples and applications are illustrated (e.g., in the qualitative analysis of solutions of inhomogeneous abstract integrodifferential inclusions).
