A lot of results on the rational homotopy type of nilpotent spaces was obtained from \textit{D. Sullivan's} paper [Publ. Math., Inst. Hautes Étud. Sci. 47(1977), 269-331 (1978; Zbl 0374.57002)]. In this work, Sullivan introduced also ``solvable minimal models'' which were not studied in more recent papers. Here, the author establishes existence and uniqueness of solvable minimal models for twisted cohomology. Even in the nilpotent case, his proof of uniqueness is an improvement of the classical arguments. In a previous work [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 330, 295-305 (1992; Zbl 0744.55006)], the author studied particular cases of topological realisations of solvable models.
