    The authors develop a new class of fluctuation schemes on triangular meshes for the numerical solution of first-order steady conservation laws. They provide conditions for which the solution is formally high order accurate and show a stability of these schemes. They also give some numerical applications for second-, third- and fourth-order schemes.
