The paper is devoted to the solution of direct and inverse control problems for linear nonautonomous discrete systems. In the first part of the paper basic information from the theory of pseudoinverse and projective matrices is presented in a compact form. In the second part general solutions for control, observation and identification problems are analyzed using pseudoinverse and projective matrices. The cases when solution exists and is unique, exists and is not unique, does not exist are considered.
