The general formula for the universal \(R\)-matrix of quantized nontwisted affine algebras is specialized to all rank 3 quantized nontwisted affine algebras. Such a specialization means in particular the calculation of some normalizing coefficients in the commutation relations for the \(q\)- Cartan-Weyl generators. They are written down explicitly.
