The paper deals with \(EX(k,v)\) which loosely speaking are defined by \(k\) indistinguishable particles placed on distinct vertices of \(V\), which move independently according to the symmetric transition rates given by the edge weights, except that moves to occupied sites are forbidden. The paper derives an upper bound for the the mixing-time of such a process.
