The paper deals with the bifurcation of limit cycles from a double homoclinic loop under multiple parameter perturbations for the general planar system \[ \dot x=f(x,y)+\varepsilon f_0(x,y,\varepsilon ,\delta),\quad \dot y=g(x,y)+\varepsilon g_0(x,y,\varepsilon ,\delta), \] where \(f\), \(f_0\), \(g\), and \(g_0\) are \(C^r\), \(r\geq 3\), functions, \(\varepsilon >0\) is small and \(\delta\in D\subset\mathbb R^n\), \(n\geq 1\), with \(D\) being compact. Conditions for the existence of 4 homoclinic bifurcation curves are given. The conditions obtained are illustrated by examples.
