This paper gives an extension of Ramanujan's master theorem. The theorem states the convergence of the spherical Fourier series and expresses the spherical transform via the coefficients of the series. In a paper by \textit{H. Ding, K. Gross} and \textit{D. Richards} [Pac. J. Math. 175, 447-490 (1996; Zbl 0880.33013)] the theorem was extended to the context of convex symmetric cones. The paper under review gives an extension of the theorem to Siegel domains of type II, which are symmetric spaces of real non-compact semisimple Lie groups.
