The aim of the paper is the trigonometric interpolation of the Hermite type when the divided differences are prescribed at the nodal points instead of the derivatives of the interpolated (\(2\pi -\)periodic) function. The authors find out the necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of the interpolation polynomial of this type and also construct the corresponding elementary interpolation polynomials.
