The inverse spectral problem is studied for the differential equation \[ -y''+q(x)y+2\lambda p(x)y-\lambda^2 y=0,\; x>0, \] where \(p\) and \(q\) are real finite-gap periodic functions. The system of Dubrovin-Trubowitz equations is derived, and the corresponding trace formulae are obtained.
