The paper deals with the interpolation parabolic splines. The aim is to approximate not only the function but also its derivative in the metric of space C and \(L_ p\), \(1\leq p\leq \infty\). The problem of finding the exact estimation of the error on classes of functions is solved by studying the case in a particular interval of the partition.
