The \((m,l,s)\)-splines form a semi-Hilbert space of tempered distributions on \(R^d\). They generalize the thin plate splines. The authors consider \((m,l,s)\)-splines, which interpolate with respect to some finite number of linear continuous functionals and minimize the semi-norm. The existence and uniqueness of such interpolating splines is proved and some examples are given.
