A hyperbolic Coxeter \(n\)-simplex reflection group \(\Gamma\) is the group generated by reflections in the sides of a Coxeter \(n\)-simplex in hyperbolic \(n\)-space. In dimension 3, there are 32 hyperbolic Coxeter tetrahedra groups, 9 are cocompact and 23 are not cocompact. The authors compute the lower algebraic \(K\)-theory groups of the integral group rings of all these \(3\)-simplex reflection groups. The fact that these groups satisfy the Farrell-Jones isomorphism conjecture in lower \(K\)-theory is used to compute these groups from the generalized homology theory \(H^{\Gamma}_{n}(E_{\mathcal{VC}}(\Gamma );\mathbb{KZ}^{-\infty})\). Here \(E_{\mathcal{VC}}(\Gamma)\) denotes the universal space for actions of \(\Gamma\) with isotropy in the family of virtually cyclic subgroups of \(\Gamma\). The authors present complete calculations for \(\tilde{K}_i(\mathbb{Z}[\Gamma])\), \(i\leq 1\), for all of these 32 groups. These computations involve computing the corresponding \(K\)-groups of all finite subgroups that appear in these 3-simplex reflection groups and of all infinite virtually cyclic subgroups occurring as subgroups in these reflection groups. It is interesting to notice that some of these \(K\)-groups turn out to be highly nontrivial.
