The Adomian decomposition method is applied to solve a system of nonlinear equations with unique solution. Starting with a fixed point representation \(x = \tilde{g}(x)\) with analytic \(\tilde{g}\), the convergence of the method is proved under strong convergence assumptions of the underlying power series. Two very academic examples illustrate the method.
