    [For part I see the author in ibid. 110, 425-428 (1985; Zbl 0585.30013).] The author considers classes of functions which are holomorphic in the open unit disk and having a power series in the form \(f(z)=a_ 1z- \sum^{\infty}_{n=1}a_ nz^ n\) where \(a_ 1>0\) and \(a_ n\geq 0\) for \(n=1,2,... \). The first class, denoted \(S^*_ 0(\alpha,\beta)\), is defined by the condition \[ | \frac{A(z)-1}{zf'(z)/f(z)+(1- 2\alpha)}| <\beta \quad for\quad | z| <1\quad with\quad A(z)=zf'(z)/f(z). \] The second class, denoted \(C^*_ 0(\alpha,\beta)\), is defind by \(zf'(z)\in S^*_ 0(\alpha,\beta)\). Finally, \(C^*_ 0(\alpha,\beta)\) is defined by \[ \sum^{\infty}_{n=2}[n^ C\{(n-1)+\beta (n+1-2\alpha)\}a_ n]\leq 2\beta (1-\alpha)a_ 1. \] Here \(0\leq \alpha <1\), \(0<\beta \leq 1\) and C is real and nonnegative. The author's main theorem asserts that if \(f_ j\in C^*_ 0(\alpha,\beta)\) for \(j=1,2,...,m\) and \(g_ j\in S^*_ 0(\alpha,\beta)\) for \(j=1,2,...,\ell\), then \[ f_ 1*f_ 2*...*f_ m*g_ 1*g_ 2*...*g_{\ell}\in S^*_{2m+\ell -1}(\alpha,\beta). \] Here f*g denotes the Hadamard product of f and g. This theorem generalizes results due to \textit{S. Owa} [Tamkang J. Math. 14, 15-21 (1983; Zbl 0527.30001)].
