Suppose \(F\) is a field, \(G_F\) its absolute Galois group, \(\ell \neq \text{char }F\) a prime, and assume that \(F\) contains an \(\ell\)-th root of unity. The Bloch-Kato conjecture states that the algebra homomorphism \(K^M (F) \otimes {\mathbb{F}}_\ell \to H^* (G_F, {\mathbb{F}}_\ell)\), where \(K^M (F)\) is the Milnor \(K\)-theory ring, is an isomorphism. This is proved in degree 2, and for \(\ell = 2\) in degree 3. The aim of this paper is to show the whole conjecture provided \(K^M (F) \otimes {\mathbb{F}}_\ell\) is a Koszul algebra (i.e., has only homology on the diagonal).
