This study is a continuation of a previous paper [(*) ibid. 36, 267-290 (1981; Zbl 0438.73065)] in which the numerical results are given by using single precision arithmetic. In this paper, we show the numerical results which express the sharper convergence properties than those of (*), by using double precision arithmetic.
