The authors describe the \((n + s)\)-dimensional solvable Leibniz algebras whose nilradical has characteristic sequence \((m_1,\ldots, m_s)\), where \(m_1+\ldots+ m_s=n\). Moreover, the authors prove that such Leibniz algebras \(L\) have the trivial center, every derivation of \(L\) is inner, and the second cohomology group \(HL^2(L,L)\) is trivial.
