The authors study the strong Feller property for the Markov semigroups generated by some singular stochastic PDEs. \par The known results on the strong Feller property for the Markov semigroups generated by stochastic PDEs rely strongly on the well-posedness of the equations and on a good control on their derivative with respect to initial conditions, that usually implies some regular conditions on the driving noise. \par The method used in the paper does not require any a priori control on the solutions and they can be allowed to blow up even with positive probability. The authors obtain the strong Feller property for singular stochastic PDEs like the dynamical $P(\Phi)_2$ model, the KPZ equation and the dynamical $\Phi_3^4$. Notice that some of these cases have a noise which is spatially rough. They also get as a corollary the uniqueness of the Brownian bridge for the KPZ equation with periodic boundary condition.
