The homogenization of non-steady 3D Navier-Stokes equations with rapidly oscillating (in time) mass force is studied. The convergence of the set of periodic solutions toward the set of stationary solutions of the homogenized equations is proved, when the oscillating parameter tends to infinity. The homogenization of non-steady 3D Navier-Stokes equations with rapidly oscillating (in time) mass force is studied. The convergence of the set of periodic solutions toward the set of stationary solutions of the homogenized equations is proved, when the oscillating parameter tends to infinity. A new element is to use the energy method; some previous results of the author are also used. An interesting existence theorem for the periodic Navier-Stokes equations is given, by using the Galerkin approximation and some ``a priori'' estimates; these are obtained with a representation theorem for periodic absolutely continuous functions. The theorem of the differential inequalities and some estimations of the trilinear term of Navier-Stokes system (based on the multiplicative inequality of O. A. Ladyzhenskaia) are used.
