This is an interesting paper, the authors generalize the logarithmic derivative of the Gamma function, the \(\psi\)-function, to higher dimensions. They use the notion 'holomorphic Cliffordian' for functions which solve the equation \(D\Delta f=0\), where \(D\) is the generalized Cauchy-Riemann operator - usually one speaks of holomorphic or monogenic function in Clifford analysis if \(Df =0\).The \(\psi\)-function may be written in the form \[ \psi(z) = -\gamma -\frac{1}{z} + \sum_{k=1}^{\infty} \left(\frac{1}{k}-\frac{1}{z+k}\right), \] it is related also to the Zeta function via the cotan function. These series are generalized to dimension 3, and generating latttices are dealt with of dimension 1, 2, 3. Some difficulties have to be overcome to get converging series. So, the paper requires some patience during the calculations. But the result convinces, there is an interesting class of special functions which may be useful for solving partial differential equations in higher dimensions.
