The authors give explicit formulae for the kernel of the resolvent of the Schrödinger operator with homogeneous magnetic field and derive certain asymptotics for it. It should be noted that the ``eigenfunctions'' of the problem and the kernel of the semigroup of this operator are explicitly known [see, e.g., \textit{L. D. Landau} and \textit{E. M.
