Global existence for nonlinear operator inclusions (Q1975697): Difference between revisions

This article deals with some existence results for abstract operator inclusions of type \[ y(t)\in Vy(t)+ \int^t_0 Wy(s)ds\quad\text{or}\quad y(t)\in Vy(t)+ \int^T_0 Wy(s) ds \] with multivalued compact operators \(V\) and \(W\) having properties of upper or lower semicontinuity. The authors present a series of existence results for these inclusions under the assumption that the inclusions \[ y(t)\in \lambda\Biggl(Vy(t)+ \int^t_0 Wy(s) ds\Biggr)\quad\text{or}\quad y(t)\in \lambda\Biggl(Vy(t)+ \int^T_0 Wy(s) ds\Biggr)\quad (0< \lambda< 1) \] have no solutions on a sphere \(|y|_0= M\). Similar results for some modifications of these inclusions are also presented.
