On sequential barrelledness (Q749814): Difference between revisions

It is shown that every separable Mackey space with property (C) is barrelled and a new class of locally convex spaces is introduced, which contains a wide range of classes of sequentially barrelled locally convex spaces and enables to weaken the conditions given by Levin and Saxon for a closed subspace of countable codimension in a Mackey space to be a Mackey space. A number of examples and counterexamples distinguishing this new class from other classes with sequential barrelledness conditions are given.
