The authors investigate the controllability on semiinfinite intervals of the following second-order differential inclusions in Banach spaces \[ y''- Ay\in F(t, y)+ (Bu)(t) \] (\(A\) is a linear infinitesimal generator, \(B\) is a bounded linear operator). The main interest of the problem is the controllability with a non-local condition of the form \[ y(0)+ f(y)= y_0. \] The authors give a new sufficient controllability condition based on a fixed point theorem.
