Let \(\widetilde N\) be a commutative and associative ring with unit element. The author introduces and discusses the notion of a 3-Hopf algebra over \(C\) and of an \(n\)-Lie \(C\)-bialgebra. There are given some examples. It is necessary to mention that a related notion of \(n\)-Lie algebra has already been introduced by \textit{V. T. Filippov} [Sib. Mat. Zh. 26, No. 6(154), 126-140 (1985; Zbl 0585.17002)]. A notion of an algebra with multplications of arbitrary arities has been introduced by \textit{A. G. Kurosh} [Usp. Mat. Nauk. 24, No. 1(145), 3-15 (1969; Zbl 0195.05102)].
