Let \(h^ 2\) denote the ratio of electronic and nuclear masses, in a polyatomic molecule, then it is shown that under some assumptions of non- degeneracy, certain low-lying energy levels of the system admit asymptotic expansions in powers of \(h\). The author uses the techniques introduced by Klein-Martinez-Seiler-Wang, and generalizes a result of Helffer-Sjöstrand on semiclassical manifold-wells.
