[For part I see ibid. 29, No.2, 328-346 (1989; Zbl 0673.65037).] The author studies the speed of convergence for the discretized iteration. He pays special attention to inaccurate iteration limiting accuracy of the method. In the concluding section he considers a strategy for refining the step size of iteration.
