This paper is a continuation of part I, ibid., 143-166 (1993; see the review above). The authors find all triangle presentations and for each triangle presentation the unique point-line correspondence \(\lambda:P \to L\) with which it is compatible, in the case that \((P,L)\) is the projective plane \(PG(2,q)\) for \(q=2\) or \(q=3\). For \(q=2\) it was done by hand, and confirmed by computer calculations and for \(q=3\), it was done by a computer search. They define a natural equivalence relation on the set of triangle presentations, and relate this to an equivalence relation \(\approx_ J\) on the set of permutations of \(J\), where \(J=\{0,1,\ldots,q^ 2+q\}\), using \(\bigl(J,\{L_ i:i \in J\} \bigr)\), \(L_ i\) are suitable subsets of \(J\), as a model of the projective plane \(PG(2,q)\). For \(q=2\) and \(q=3\), they find representatives of all distinct \(\approx_ J\)-classes of point-line correspondence \(\lambda\) which admit compatible triangle presentations, and then find all such triangle presentations. Then they determine the number of families of inequivalent triangle presentations for \(q=2\) and \(q=3\). The authors obtain a necessary condition for \(\Delta_ T\), thick building belonging to triangle presentation \(T\), to be building of some \({\mathcal G}=\text{PGL}(3,K)\). Using computer algebra packages REDUCE and MACSYMA they find explicit embeddings of the associated groups \(\Gamma_ T\) into \(\text{PGL}(3,K)\) and describe their special types. The paper includes two appendices, which list, for \(q=2\) and \(q=3\), representatives of the \(\approx_ J\) equivalence classes of point-line correspondence admitting triangle presentations and the triangle presentations themselves.
