Let f: (\({\mathbb{C}}^ n,0)\to ({\mathbb{C}},0)\) be a germ of a holomorphic function with an isolated critical point, h: (\({\mathbb{C}}^ n,0)\to {\mathbb{C}}^ a \)germ of a holomorphic function (h(0)\(\neq 0)\) and \(\beta\) a complex parameter. The author studies the local classification of differentiable forms of type \(f^{\beta}h dx_ 1\wedge...\wedge dx_ n\), with respect to biholomorphic maps which preserve the hypersurface \(\{f=0\}\). In particular, it is shown that the set of nonequivalent classes of such germs of differentiable forms represents a finite- parameter family. In the cases of quasi-homogeneous or unimodal germs f the local classification is given. The key result of the paper is proved by the homotopy method of \textit{V. I. Arnol'd}, the author and \textit{S. M. Gusejn-Zade} [Singularities of differentiable mappings, I (Russian), Nauka Moscow (1982; Zbl 0513.58001); English translation in Monographs Math., Vol. 82, Birkhäuser (1985; Zbl 0554.58001)].
