Given a suitable set of polynomials \(\{P_\nu\}_{\nu\geq 1}\) in \(n\) complex variables, the authors investigate conditions ensuring that any entire function \(f\) of a given finite order can be expanded in a series \(f=\sum_\nu a_\nu P_\nu\). It should be remarked that in the paper, the terminology ``complete Reinhardt domain'' represents merely polydisks, but not the general notion of complete Reinhardt domain.
