We show by some examples (concerning only systems with one degree of freedom) that the concept of multi-Hamiltonian system can be transposed in the quantum domain for this simple case only with severe restrictions: possible partition into classes of inequivalent systems, drastic limitations of the modified basic commutation rules and even pure impossibility. Unfortunately these cumbersome features are largely depending on the considered model so that the elaboration of a general formalism is made difficult.
