    The conjugacy classes of absolutely irreducible quasisimple subgroups and their normalizers in GL\({}_ 6(q)\) are determined, where q is a prime power. In particular, it is solved the problem 8.39 b) from ``The Kourovka Notebook'' (8th. ed. 1982; Zbl 0509.20001).
