The author uses generalized Lucas-type congruences for certain combinatorial number schemes to define iterated function systems (IFSs). For the fractals generated by these IFSs, i.e., their attractors, some distribution properties are shown. As an application of these results, the author proves the spatial equidistribution in the nonzero residue classes modulo a prime \(p\) of the binomial and multinomial coefficients, and the Stirling numbers of the first and second kind.
