The author obtains sufficient conditions for the existence of classical solution on a short time interval for the dynamical angle's problem of the Verigin-Muskat's free boundary problem when the intersection of the free and fixed boundary is not empty. The conditions for the existence of classical solution are defined by the model problems which are obtained by the classical method of freezing coefficients used to the Fréchet derivative of the nonlinear operator defined by the Verigin-Muskat's problem. In the proof the author uses the Carleman's systems for the research of the operator's pencil for this model problems. The detailed proof of this result will be published elsewhere.
