The author reviews new concepts of chaos and fractals and gives an in-depth introduction to such concepts as stability, bifurcation and sensitive dependence on initial conditions. In doing so the author uses a simple real experiment which is a modified three-body problem and its computer simulation. Application of the theory to electronic and quantum devices using states of the art laser and nanotechnology is given. The relation between Cantorian spacetime, the geometry of the four modifold and fake \(\mathbb{R}^4\) as well as squeezed quantum states is established.
