In a seminormed space \({\mathcal F}\) of real functions defined on \({\mathbb{R}}^ n\) a mapping \(\phi: {\mathbb{R}}^ n\to {\mathbb{R}}^ n\) can induce an isomorphic \(\phi^*\) by formula \(\phi^*f=f\circ \phi\), where \(\circ\) denotes the usual composition of functions. The conditions on \(\phi\) are given in order \(\phi^*\) to be an isomorphism in case \({\mathcal F}\) is one of the Sobolev spaces, the Besov spaces, and the spaces of Bessel and Riesz potentials (definitions of which are given in the paper). The proofs are based on previous investigations [\textit{V. M. Gol'dshtejn} and \textit{A. S. Romanov}, Sib. Mat. Zhurn. 25, 55-61 (1984; Zbl 0588.30025)] on mappings \(\phi\) and multiplicators, that is functions which appear in description of derivatives of \(f\circ \phi\) by means of derivatives of f. The results of this article were announced in [\textit{I. G. Markina}, Materials of the 24th All Union Sci. Conf., Novosibirsk: NGU, 41-46 (1986)].
