Let \(H\) be a Hilbert space and \(K\) be a nonempty compact convex subset of \(H\). Suppose that \(T:K\to K\) is a Lipschitzian hemicontractive mapping satisfying the condition: \[ \|x-Ty\|\leq \|Tx-Ty\|\;\text{ for all }x,y\in K. \] In this paper, it is proved the strong convergence for the following \(S\)-iterative scheme \[ x_{n+1}=T(y_n), \;\;y_n=(1-\beta_n)x_n+\beta_n T(x_n), \] where \(x_1\in K\subset H\) is given and \((\beta_n)\) is a sequence in \([0,1]\) satisfying some additional assumptions.
