The authors construct canonical coordinates on the simplest orbits of a coadjoint representation of \({\mathbb{Z}}_+\)-graded Lie groups. Using this construction and van Moerbeke's theorem the authors obtain completely integrable systems on some orbits (''maximal height'' orbits) of Borel subalgebras of simple Lie algebras \(A_ n\), \(C_ n\). It is also noted that in an analogous way one can receive completely integrable systems on ''height 2'' orbits in \(A_ 3\), \(B_ 2\), \(B_ 3\), \(C_ 3\) and on ''height 2, 3, 4'' orbits in \(G_ 2\).
