The authors study stochastic Kuramoto model with random coupling strength. It has been assumed that the coupling strength is subject to white noise, but the noise intensity is different for different oscillators. The Fokker-Planck equation for the system has been written out and studied in order to obtain some estimates for probability and velocity of synchronization process in the system.
