This paper deals with a periodic delayed ratio-dependent predator-prey model with Holling type III functional response and stage structure for both prey and predator and establishes sufficient conditions for the permanence and the existence of positive periodic solutions. The approach to the existence of periodic solution involves the application of a continuation theorem in the theory of coincidence degree and some numerical simulations.
