A novel fractional delayed matrix cosine and sine (Q1739400): Difference between revisions

The author introduces a new fractional delayed matrix cosine/sine and gives some properties of the delayed matrix. By using these properties and the variation of parameters method, the author gives the representation formula for a solution to the initial value problem for a Riemann-Liouville sequential fractional linear time-delay system with order $\alpha\in (1/2,1]$.
