The present is a continuation of a recent article of one of the authors, who presented a constructive proof for Weierstrass' approximation theorem for a wide class of weighted spaces of continuous functions defined on \([0,\infty)\), using Chlodovsky's type generalization of Bernstein polynomial operators. In the present article the authors investigate necessary and sufficient conditions related to the uniform boundedness of a sequence of such operators and their convergence properties when the weight is of the form \(w(x)=e^{-x\alpha},\alpha\ge 1.\)
