The aim of this paper is to give a detailed description and classification of automorphisms of the 6-torus which preserve a symplectic form and have at least one eigenvalue of modulus larger than one (these are called partially hyperbolic since they may admit eigenvalues of modulus one). The classification involves understanding the possible closures of the eigenspaces associated to the eigenvalues of modulus different from 1 after projection to the torus.
