    The authors introduce the double \(q\)-natural transform, a \(q\)-analogue of the double natural transform of a function \( f(x,y) \), with \( x, y \geq 0 \), defined by \[ N_2^+\{f(x,y)\} = \frac{1}{uv} \int_0^{\infty}\quad \int_0^{\infty} \mathrm{e}^{-sx/u-ty/v} f(x,y)\;\mathrm{d} x\, \mathrm{d} y. \] Then, they determine some basic properties of this new \(q\)-transform. In particular, they study the convergence and the absolute convergence of the \(q\)-integrals. Finally, they use this \(q\)-transform to solve some \(q\)-partial differential equations, such as the \(q\)-diffusion equation \[ \frac{\delta_qu}{\delta_q t}(x,t) = k \frac{\delta_q^2u}{\delta_q x^2}(x,t) \] and the generalized wave equation \[ \frac{\delta_q^2u}{\delta_q t^2}(x,t) - c^2 \frac{\delta_q^2u}{\delta_q x^2}(x,t) = 0. \]
