One open problem surrounding umbral moonshine is to explicitly construct vector-valued mock modular forms \(H_g^{(\ell)}=(H_{g,r}^{(\ell)})\) associated to an (outer) automorphism \(g\) of Niemeier lattices as traces on an algebraic structure. For the Niemeier lattice \(E_8^{\oplus 3}\) this has been established [the first author and \textit{J. A. Harvey}, Algebra Number Theory 11, No.\ 3, 505--535 (2017; Zbl 1396.17015)], but no other cases have been obtained. Furthermore, the techniques used in the \(E_8^{\oplus 3}\) case appear difficult to generalize. This paper pursues an alternative approach, and is concerned with focusing on meromorphic Jacobi forms \(\psi_g^{(\ell)}\) which contain the components of \(H_g^{(\ell)}\) in their theta decomposition, rather than the vector-valued \(H_g^{(\ell)}\) themselves. Finding the algebraic structures which realizes a form \(\psi_g^{(\ell)}\) as its trace in this context is dubbed the \textit{meromorphic module problem} for umbral moonshine. This paper solves the meromorphic module problem for umbral moonshine for the Niemeier lattices \(A_6^{\oplus 4}\) and \(A_{12}^{\oplus 2}\) corresponding to \(\psi_g^{(7)}\) and \(\psi_g^{(13)}\), respectively. Additionally, partial solutions for \(A_3^{\oplus 8}\) and \(A_4^{\oplus 6}\) corresponding to \(\psi_g^{(4)}\) and \(\psi_g^{(5)}\), respectively, are also provided. Each of the algebraic structures found to solve the meromorphic module problem, which are super vertex operators (SVOAs), are obtained by use of the Clifford and Weyl module constructions of SVOAs. The authors then realize particular trace functions to have nice product formulas that agree with those of the functions \(\psi_g^{(\ell)}\) for an appropriate \(\ell\). Section 4 of the paper carries out these proofs, whereas the appendices provide the relevant character tables and identities concerning the meromorphic Jacobi forms associated to the groups arising in this paper.
