Summary: Let \(T \left(X\right)\) be the full transformation semigroup on a set \(X\). For a fixed nonempty subset \(Y\) of a set \(X\), let \(T \left(X, Y\right)\) be the semigroup consisting of all full transformations from \(X\) into \(Y\). In [ibid. 2008, Article ID 794013, 11 p. (2008; Zbl 1152.20055)], \textit{J. Sanwong} and the author proved that the set \(F \left(X, Y\right) = \left\{\alpha \in T \left(X, Y\right) : X \alpha = Y \alpha\right\}\) is the largest regular subsemigroup of \(T \left(X, Y\right)\). In this paper, we describe the maximal inverse subsemigroups of \(F \left(X, Y\right)\) and completely determine all the maximal regular subsemigroups of its ideals.
